Sharon and her husband David live in Zeeland and are parents to 5 adult children. They were a homeschooling family for a total of 25 years.  She has served in ministry as a missionary to the Philippines, children’s minister, worship leader, ordained minister, and teacher. She holds a bachelor's degree in Christian Education. She is a published author of 4 children's books and also enjoys writing children's curriculum. Her hobbies include:  spending time with family, reading, writing, playing piano, gardening, and canning.
