Danielle Pizzolato
Support Teacher
My name is Danielle Pizzolato and I am so excited to be the support teacher for First Addition this year. I have such a passion to help children reach their fullest potential and am thankful for the opportunity to help children achieve and overcome. I believe children with special needs or academic challenges need someone who cares about them, advocates for them, and will be invested in their growth and education. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to teach at FA this year.
I graduated from Trinity Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Elementary and Special Education. I grew up in Holland and then moved to the southwest suburbs of Chicago where I met and married my husband Dan. In 2016, we were blessed with our little miracle daughter Lucy. She was born very premature and weighed 1 lb, 11oz. She is now a thriving, sweet 4 year old and I thank God for her every day!
About 2 years ago, we moved back home to Holland. I now work at Grace Chapel Zeeland as the Kids Ministry Curriculum and Training Leader and love having the chance to invest in the next generation. In my free time I love to read, play piano and saxophone on the worship team, explore nature with my daughter, and spend family weekends away in our camper.
I am looking forward to getting to know your children’s exceptional needs this year. I can't wait to work alongside you to help your child reach their goals and celebrate each small victory along the way!
