My name is Angie Trujillo and I’m happy to have the opportunity to share my love of science with the students at FA in my science and STEM classes. I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. After college, I spent 10 years as an engineer for an automotive supplier in Kokomo, Indiana. We relocated to Zeeland in 2008 for my husband’s job and I took on the new role of staying home full-time with our boys. My children have inherited the same interest in math and science as their engineer parents and I’ve enjoyed coming up with projects to help them explore those topics. My family includes my husband, Dave; our sons Jacob, Joshua, and Luke; and our cats, Bryn & Delilah. As a family, we enjoy many outdoor activities and love to spend our vacation time visiting National Parks.
